Why Add High Pressure Coolant?
Adding high pressure coolant to your machine tool is an easy way to increase production and cut manufacturing costs. The addition of high pressure coolant can increase productivity by allowing for increased feeds and speeds, it can improve workpiece quality by providing better surface finish and it can reduce manufacturing costs with longer insert and tool life.
Three standard versions are available:
The HP-300 high pressure coolant system is factory preset at 300psi and is adjustable between 75psi and 400psi. It is ideal for lathe applications, horizontal boring mill applications or for those on a budget who require high pressure coolant on their milling machine.
The HPD-1000 is our standard 1000psi system and our most popular system. It is adjustable between 75psi and 1000psi. The HPD-1000 is most commonly used on milling machines (both horizontal and vertical) as well as lathes but has also been used in conjunction with other manufacturing equipment.
The HPC15G1KX2 is our 1000psi 15gpm system. It is adjustable between 75psi and 1000psi. It is ideal for applications utilizing tools with large coolant orifices that require higher flow rates.
All CNC Indexing & Feeding Technologies high pressure coolant systems utilize a Hydra-Cell diaphragm pump for superior function and durability.
