All of Ganro Industrial Corporation’s rotary tables are capable of being used as an indexer by simply adding Ganro’s M-Mate indexer control.  The M-Mate is an AC servo driven programmable single axis control that can be used as a stand-alone system or can be incorporated into a CNC machine by using an M-code or RS232 port.  The M-Mate indexer control is ideal for positioning a workpiece prior to machining or for the manufacturer that wants the flexibility of moving the indexer between multiple machines.  The M-Mate indexer control is capable of indexing in increments as small as 0.001° and is able to store 10 programs with up to 99 steps per program. The M-Mate indexer package includes the control, servo motor and cables.
