GSI NC face gear indexers feature a built-in 3-piece Hirth coupling that guarantees ±5 sec indexing accuracy. In addition, this coupling ensures indexers don’t lift during rotation, ensuring they are sealed from contamination. The face gear indexer can be directly connected to machining center controls as an M-code indexer or full 4th axis. The NC face gear indexers range in size from 9.84” to 15.75” diameters as standard.
