Ganro CNC Rotary & Index Table Core Technology

 

Ganro Industrial Corporation takes pride in producing high quality parts for their rotary tables and indexers. 

 

There are four main parts of a rotary table that demand high accuracy and high quality:

 

1. The Worm Shaft and Worm Wheel System

A double-lead worm shaft has different lead and lead angles on the right and left sides.  The tooth spacing of Ganro’s double-lead worm shaft is between 0.005 and 0.01mm that push the limits of high precision and micro backlash for any process of design, manufacturing and inspections.    The worm wheel is produced of AIBC 3 Albronze for its hardness quality that allows for heavy loading, reducedabrasion and low deformation.

 

2. The Coupling

Ganro uses SCM-21 steel that is heat treated so it can endure heavy impact while ensuring accuracy and stability.  This special 3 piece Hirth coupling will not lift during rotation.  With an accurate joint between the worm gear and worm wheel, positioning can be easily achieved.  The feature of high rigidity and strong clamping can be applied in difficult cutting material and multi-angle heavy cutting.  High performance and high quality are ensured if the table is equipped with the proper coupling.

 

 

 

3. The Cross Cylindrical Bearing

The Cross Cylindrical Bearing is a roller bearing with high rotation accuracy capable of bearing loads in every direction.  Because it has orthogonally arranged cylindrical rollers, it can bear loading in every direction.  It features high rigidity necessary for a high quality rotary table.  There is a spacer retainer fitting among rollers to prevent the tilting or friction of rollers and to decrease the increase of torque during rotation.  Otherwise, because the inner ring and outer ring is separate, the space in the bearing can be adjusted.  Even if it is pre-pressed, torque will be ensured.

 

4. Disk Brake System

Ganro’s Disk Brake System boasts a unique shape of brake pads using a lever mechanism to increase the clamping power (pneumatic).  The brake system is located at the body and main shaft, so that the clamping can be fully realized to reduce the table vibration during heavy cutting.
